For my personal preference, however, the effect is slightly too matte. This is not a criticism per se, as this Estée Lauder foundation would be one of my top choices for a look that favors a heavy matte finish. Such as a dramatic evening look. Still, for daily wear, I would prefer something less porcelain-like. This does not mean that the foundation feels heavy.
